Hour # 1 - Directing of Ceremony Rehearsal

This specially-designed 3 hour package will create a relaxed, stress-free atmosphere that will begin with owner Larry Williams personally directing all participants through a comprehensive "walk-through" of your wedding ceremony.  This will be extremely helpful for members of your bridal party (including parents) as their timed release, manner in which they walk and positioning will give everyone a great understanding of their role as it pertains to the choreographed execution of the wedding ceremony.  There will be plenty of time for members of your bridal party to ask questions and rehearse their parts so they will feel comfortable on the day of your wedding.

Hour # 2 - Agenda Overview

The rehearsal dinner is a great time to relax and enjoy conversation and laughter with family and friends.  Midway through dinner, Larry Williams will begin an informative oration that details a step-by-step verbal "walk-through" of the timeline and order of events as they will unfold on your big day.  This not only builds excitement for the upcoming event, but offers a huge "sigh of relief" for many participants who may be wondering about their role during such important activities such as; The Grand Entrance, Dinner, Toasting, Specialty Dances and other memorable moments.

Hour # 3 - Wedding Party Challenge

Be prepared to have some fun, as our after-dinner Wedding Party Challenge will find bridesmaids and groomsmen going head-to-head in a trivia-style game show competition that will determine "who knows more about the bride and groom?"  Participants will be invited up to our professional game show podium where electronic buzzers, digital readouts and flashing lights will give contestants the feeling of being on the set of a real Hollywood-style game show.  Prizes will be awarded to the winning team and everyone is sure to come away with some extra tidbits of information about our bride and groom they never knew before.
