(prepared by company owner - Larry Williams) Employment History: 2010 will mark Cooper's 3rd year of employment with our company. He came highly recommended by my trusted employee Kirby Roberts. He is currently in his second year of college at the University of Nevada Reno. Besides pursuing his major in Computer Science, he is also gaining very valuable experience at the campus radio station where he hosts a weekly radio show. I had the pleasure to work with Cooper throughout the entire calendar year of 2008 where I have personally trained him on dozens of shows over a twelve month period - specifically, weddings! In 2009, he took on an amazing work load of wedding performances and received great reviews from our customers (see below). He is very dedicated to this profession and I have no doubt in my mind he will be with The Reno Tahoe DJ Company for many years to come. Style of DJing: Cooper is perfect for our company in so many ways. His etiquette, demeanor and character was instantly recognized by myself as a huge asset for our company. This is always a great starting point for an employee and is something that can not always be taught. You either have it - or you don't. Cooper has it. He is an extremely hard worker who pays great attention to detail. He is cool under pressure and very deliberate in approaching the many nuances that arise at performance events, especially weddings. He has a broad knowledge of music and is perfecting his announcing skills through our events and his broadcast experience at the UNR radio station. Summary Of Qualifications: Cooper has excelled through our one-year training program and has become one of our best DJ recruits ever! His third year with our company will see him once again "knocking it out of the park" with our Standard Wedding DJ package, where he will offer an unubtrusive and non-overbearing style of DJing. He will work specifically to the direction of myself, the company owner, and present the music and announcements in a fashion that is precisely what our customers expect.
